Café Diem is open to the public, located in the retail space at The Apartments @ Lux 96 in Papillion. We take pride in our fresh, comfort food for breakfast and lunch served all day from open to close in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. We have our Bougie Coffee bar for those who seek an elevated form of caffeine.

Our people are warm, friendly, experienced & long-tenured, eager to serve our guests in a fast and efficient manner. We are well staffed every day to provide the best experience for those who are on a time schedule or recall the good old days of service.

Some breakfast highlights include Fresh cracked eggs, crispy hashbrowns, hand-pattied sausage, Hollandaise made daily, fresh chopped fruits and vegetables, cinnamon rolls baked each day, our own cinnamon raisin toast, buttermilk pancakes, biscuits, corned beef hash & hand cut aged USDA Choice Angus Strip steaks.

Lunch

Our lunch menu features fresh, never frozen hand-pattied burgers, house marinated chicken, pork tenderloin cut & breaded in house, USDA Choice Angus beef rubbed & slow cooked, au jus from beef stock & fresh vegetables. Our soups are all made from scratch & our French Onion is cooked for hours topped with our seasoned, baked crouton & Gruyére cheese.
